My students and I can't wait to begin exploring all the ways we can use it in the classroom. One of our first projects will be learning how to design and create labels for our classroom materials, which will help students take ownership of their space while staying organized. We also plan to use it for creative projects where students can design and personalize visuals to support their learning.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the Cricut, they were full of curiosity and excitement. Many of them immediately started sharing ideas like everything from making labels for their math notebooks to designing classroom decorations. Their energy and creativity made it clear how meaningful this tool will be for them.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to introduce the basics of Cricut design and start small with classroom labels, then move into bigger projects like creating bulletin board designs and student-made graphics for presentations. This will not only support organization but also give students opportunities to build design skills, practice creativity, and see their ideas come to life.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for making this possible. Your generosity has opened the door to so many new learning opportunities for my students!","fullyFundedDate":1749215598120,"projectUrl":"project/empower-sixth-graders-with-creativity-an/9375605/","projectTitle":"Empower Sixth Graders With Creativity and Twenty-First Century Skills!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Cameron-Malcolm","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7957419_orig.png?crop=147,147,x0,y87&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1726802327824","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7957419"},{"teacherId":7957419,"projectId":9180281,"letterContent":"I can't thank you enough for your generous support of our classroom! The new resources have truly made a difference for my students. We've been using them in hands-on activities that bring lessons to life—for example, during a recent math project, students worked in small groups using the materials to solve real-world problems, and their excitement was contagious.\r\n\r\nThese resources are already making lessons smoother, more engaging, and more colorful.\r\n\r\nNext, we'll be using the chart and whiteboard supplies in our math unit to explore fractions and arrays, while the headphones will continue to support personalized learning on iReady. I can't wait to see how much more my students will grow with these tools.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we are using these resources to dive deeper into our current unit. Students are building on what they've learned and will soon showcase their projects to the class. These opportunities not only strengthen their academic skills but also build their confidence and teamwork.\r\n\r\nThank you again for making this possible. Your kindness has had a direct impact on my students, and we are so grateful for the chance to learn and grow with these new tools.","fullyFundedDate":1746797019124,"projectUrl":"project/lets-support-mrs-malcolms-scholars/9180281/","projectTitle":"Lets Support Mrs. Malcolm’s Scholars","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Cameron-Malcolm","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7957419_orig.png?crop=147,147,x0,y87&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1726802327824","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7957419"},{"teacherId":8778767,"projectId":9085439,"letterContent":"Thank for for your contribution.
