The Zen Gardens is a grounding tool for students to calm down and connect to something solid. They serve many purposes: They are a calming activity, allow for creativity, and provide a mental break from the fuss of a hard school day filled with work and social stresses.\r\n\r\nOur Yoga mats are a nice place to land for yoga and meditation. Students learn to meditate and calm their minds. We isolate their body parts so they can focus on where they feel stress and learn to let it go.\r\n\r\nOur Zen room's projector and spa sound machine are two other helpful tools. Students love to look up at the projections and feel like they are floating with the stars. \r\n\r\nWe are fortunate to have received donations for our Zen Zone.
