Teachers tracked these behaviors using a simple chart or app. At the end of each week, students who accumulated a certain number of points or tickets were able to choose from a selection of small prizes, such as stickers, pencils, or extra recess time.\r\n\r\nThe reward system motivated students to make positive choices and created a sense of friendly competition. Over time, students became more mindful of their behavior and showed increased respect toward their peers and teachers.
