This simple tool has made a big difference in helping students become more active, thoughtful readers.\r\n\r\nPrivacy folders have created a supportive environment where students feel comfortable working independently. They use them during assessments and focused work time, allowing them to concentrate and do their best without distractions. This has helped build both independence and accountability in our classroom.\r\n\r\nBasic supplies like pencils ensure that every student is always ready to learn without interruption. Something as simple as having a reliable pencil helps maintain the flow of our lessons and keeps students focused on their work instead of worrying about materials.\r\n\r\nClipboards have added flexibility to our classroom by allowing students to work in different spaces. Whether they are sitting on the floor, working in small groups, or participating in interactive activities, clipboards make it easy for them to stay engaged and comfortable while learning.\r\n\r\nBecause of your support, our classroom is more organized, interactive, and student-centered. Most importantly, my students feel valued and excited to learn each day. Our class has already begun using and loving the materials and supplies purchased. My students are so thankful and amazed at the supplies we received and at the generosity of those supporting them and their education.\r\nThe Scotch thermal laminating sheets have been incredibly helpful in creating long lasting resources. Recently I have been creating a word wall with our vocabulary words. My English Learner students especially love and appreciate this resource, and by placing this resource in lamination sheets and putting magnets on the back, my students can use these interactively on the word wall and at a small group. I plan on using these year after year and it has already been such a help having these in the lamination sheets, ready to go to be used daily in instruction.\r\nUsed on the daily by students are the Lakeshore Learning stools. These are incredibly sturdy and will stand the test of time, supporting students for years to come. These allow for flexible seating in and around our room which helps to promote collaboration and cooperation.\r\nAdditionally, my class has had a few opportunities thus far to use the Post It sticky notes and School Specialty watercolor paint brushes. Having these available for use allows me the opportunity to plan for the integration of these supplies to support and assist with learning, and makes learning more interactive, fun, and engaging for my students. My students become giddy when these supplies get passed out, and they get excited for the lesson and learning to come.\r\nThank you again for funding these supplies and supporting my students and their educational journeys.
