This important social-emotional skill has been supported by the materials provided and it's made such a positive impact in the classroom. The puzzles, storage systems, and individual materials for my classroom have enabled me to extend their learning with quality materials and offer hands on materials during small group work.\r\n When the materials arrived, the students were so excited to jump in and start using them. An entire day of center choices was available because of the variety of materials sent for our kindergarten students. The materials are all such high quality and came so nicely organized that my entire classroom takes such great care of them and uses the storage systems to continue caring for the materials in a way that works for everyone. Many of the materials are asked to be brought out every week as well. \r\n As my kindergarten students continue learning new skills, related to social-emotional needs and outside of those needs, and mastering our curriculum, hands on and open-ended materials are ones that can be used far beyond one moment of time. We foster creativity and self-reflection in the classroom and a continuation of materials that support those skills are always something we work on creating or providing for the entire classroom.
