The seasonal crafts have been especially exciting for students because they allow them to participate in fun classroom projects while practicing important skills at the same time. Students were thrilled to see the colorful new materials and were eager to choose their supplies and get started. Their excitement and willingness to participate have made these activities even more rewarding.\r\n\r\nThe storage bins and mesh zipper bags are also helping us keep materials organized and accessible, allowing students to practice independence by getting their own supplies and helping with cleanup. The cordless vacuum has provided another meaningful opportunity to practice functional life skills and responsibility by having students help clean our classroom after activities. As we continue using these resources, our next steps are to introduce additional seasonal and classroom projects that build on the skills students are developing.
