While many donors may use technology at home for communication or entertainment, in our virtual classroom it served as a structured learning tool that helped students remain connected to instruction in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings. The technology supported visual learning, provided clear expectations, and offered interactive lessons with immediate feedback, which helped reduce anxiety and increase engagement. Students were especially excited by how accessible and predictable the lessons became, allowing them to participate more confidently and independently.
