I am incredibly grateful for the fidgets, conversation cubes, manila folders, and file organizers. Your support has truly made a meaningful difference in both my daily work and in the experiences of my students.\r\n\r\nAs a school psychologist intern, I am constantly looking for ways to create a welcoming, supportive, and organized environment for the students I serve. The fidgets have quickly become a favorite resource in my office. In fact, they are often the very first thing students reach for when they walk through the door. Having access to a variety of tactile tools has helped students feel more comfortable, regulated, and ready to engage. For many of them, simply holding a fidget makes it easier to open up, focus during conversations, and participate in activities. It has been amazing to see how such small tools can have such a powerful impact on students' emotional regulation and overall comfort.\r\n\r\nThe conversation cubes have also been a wonderful addition. They provide a structured yet fun way to spark dialogue, especially with students who may feel unsure about what to share. These tools have helped me facilitate more meaningful discussions, build rapport more quickly, and create a safe space where students feel heard and understood. Watching students light up as they engage with these materials reminds me why I chose this field.\r\n\r\nOn a professional level, the manila folders and file organizers have been an absolute game changer. As an intern managing evaluations, reports, and documentation, staying organized is essential. Before receiving these materials, keeping track of paperwork could feel overwhelming at times. Now, I have a clear and efficient system that allows me to manage my evaluations more effectively. Being organized not only reduces stress for me, but it also ensures that I can provide timely and thorough support to students and families. Your donation has directly strengthened my ability to do my job well.\r\n\r\nBeyond the physical items themselves, your generosity sends a powerful message of support and encouragement. Knowing that there are people willing to invest in students' well-being and in the growth of future school psychologists means so much. Your contribution is not just about supplies—it is about creating positive learning environments, supporting mental health, and helping students thrive.\r\n\r\nThank you again for your kindness and generosity. Please know that your donation is being used every single day and is making a real, tangible difference. I am deeply appreciative of your support and the impact it has had on me and my students.","fullyFundedDate":1764727933143,"projectUrl":"project/from-chaos-to-calm-tools-for-success/9585592/","projectTitle":"From Chaos to Calm: Tools for Success","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Sandy","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10115633"},{"teacherId":10170441,"projectId":9609134,"letterContent":"Our classroom has already been putting these new materials to work every single day. The stools at my small group table have made a huge difference during reading and math rotations. Students are more comfortable, focused, and excited to come work in small groups. The materials have allowed us to complete writing drafts, art-integrated projects, and math practice without worrying about running low. The indoor recess games have been especially meaningful during cold and snowy days. One moment that really stood out was seeing a group of students who don't usually play together laughing and collaborating over one of the new games. It created such a positive classroom community moment.\r\nWhen my students first saw the materials, they were beyond excited. They immediately noticed the stools and asked if they could sit at the small group table first. When we were able to play with the games, there were actual cheers. Many of my students understand that classroom supplies cost money, so they were incredibly grateful.\r\nNext, we are continuing to build our reading comprehension and writing skills through small group instruction and collaborative projects. Students will be using these materials as we move into more hands-on learning, partner work, and project-based activities. Having reliable supplies and flexible seating allows me to meet students where they are and give them the support they need to grow. Thank you for helping create a classroom where students feel supported, prepared, and excited to learn every day.","fullyFundedDate":1763559044898,"projectUrl":"project/growing-minds/9609134/","projectTitle":"Growing Minds","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Demman","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10170441"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_79055","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":638,"numTeachers":46,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":6,"percentWhite":17,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":69,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"13.9:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"URBAN","ncesMetroType":"CITY_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":68.9,"schoolId":79055,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Field Club Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Field Club Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/nebraska/omaha-public-schools/field-club-elementary-school/79055"}
