I am always looking for ways to build my students literacy and social skills. The tools you have gifted us do just that!\r\n \r\n In September we are going to start learning nursery rhymes. Nursery rhymes can help build phonemic awareness in a fun and engaging way. Preschool kids love play doh and adding the lowercase letter stampers has brought literacy into the mix. The alphabet cookies have been part of our kitchen bakery. \r\n\r\n We work on literacy skills but more importantly we build social emotional skills. The short stories are great for preschool and help teach social skills. The pictures are not busy so the kids can really focus on what is important.
