Before your donation, my materials and toys available in my classroom were outdated, falling apart, and lacking in variety. \r\n\r\n My students have been especially enjoying our stacking fruit with various feelings pictured. They love to take turns opening a fruit and showing the same feeling on their own face. I also used this item during one of my beginning of the year lessons. We were talking about emotions and how to show specific emotions on our face, as well as identify them on someone else's face. This toy helped bring our lesson into their play as well. \r\n \r\n Anther material that has been used in our choice time options, is the toy science plants. They kids have enjoyed watering their plants and harvesting the vegetables they grew. I am excited to use this tool in our upcoming lessons about plants and trees!
