We've had a very hectic last couple of months. My students were busy with field trips and finishing up their classes and credits and I got hit with the flu. \r\n\r\nWe were excited when we found out that our project was fully funded. My students don't have the best home life and so they've been working hard to my our classroom like their second home. They've had almost full permission to decorate the classroom how they want and they were the ones who picked out the two rugs. They wanted a place where they could sit comfortably on the floor. They are all about having different alternative ways to sit and learn and not just be confined to a desk. \r\n\r\nThe students have placed the rugs in two areas of the room where they can have plenty of space to sit and work on group activities and special projects on the floor. The students are loving the rugs and they are so very appreciate of your kind donation. They truly love their classroom and find this to be their second home and a place where they feel safe.
