Having the correct supplies and ample amount has been great. As a first year kindergarten teacher, it has helped so much to have these supplies to start the year off great! My students are loving the mini books, writing time has become a big hit using the easel, and books about emotions have really helped them understand and learn control. Kindergarten is such a high demand grade level that some fun down time with exciting materials is very much needed!\r\n\r\nAs we move through the year I know we will be getting great use out of the leveled readers. They are eager to start learning how to read the books on their own. The crayons and markers are great as it helps provide supplies for all students and nobody feels left out! I am very thankful for the chance to have fresh materials to dig into my first year of kindergarten! It was a huge adjustment coming from 4th grade but the materials and supplies have helped the transition become smooth and a lot less stressful.
