The supplies you helped provide—like the car kit, density kit, posters, models, and printer—have already been a huge help in our Physical Science class. We recently used the car kit for a lesson on motion and forces, and the students were so engaged in testing how different variables affected the cars. With the density kit, they were able to see firsthand how liquids and objects interact, which made an abstract concept much easier to understand.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the materials, their faces lit up with excitement. One of them even said, \"This is the coolest science class ever!\" Their eagerness to dive into the experiments reminded me of how powerful hands-on learning can be when given the right tools.\r\n\r\nOur next steps are to keep using these resources to deepen their understanding of physical science concepts, from motion and energy to properties of matter. The printer is also helping us create worksheets and visuals that support our experiments, making lessons even more interactive.\r\n\r\nThank you so much for believing in my students. Your kindness didn't just give us supplies—it gave my students the chance to learn by doing, to explore, and to feel excited about science every day.","fullyFundedDate":1743300045339,"projectUrl":"project/science-supplies-for-curious-minds-a-cl/9188128/","projectTitle":"Science Supplies for Curious Minds: a Classroom Project","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Frilie","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9825163_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1742866438471","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9825163"},{"teacherId":9827601,"projectId":9248055,"letterContent":"my apologies for the late reports to thank you for the project I received through your generosity. I was so amazed with your generous assistance in your effort to materialize this tablet and find it adjusting to use it for my class.\r\nThe technology provided through this project has made a remarkable difference in how my students learn and engage in the classroom. Many of our lessons are now more interactive and hands-on, allowing students to explore concepts through videos, simulations, and digital activities. Instead of just reading about topics, they can now experience them — which has helped deepen their understanding and improve their critical thinking skills.\r\nI was able to download resource online even in my remote location or outside the classrooms and documents all activities especially during classes activities and celebrations and outdoors activities.\r\n\r\nThe most exciting part for my students is how this technology gives them the power to create and collaborate. They love using educational apps like kahoot, blooket, gmikit, quizziz, word wall to name a few, thus, creating digital presentations, and conducting online research to support their projects. It has transformed learning into something dynamic and fun, and students are more motivated to participate and take ownership of their education that would fit to their learning style in this modern time.\r\n\r\nMany students who were once quiet or hesitant to speak up and participate have especially have shown interest to this new technology. Few student who struggled with traditional reading activities now confidently uses learning apps that adapt to their pace, helping them gain both skills and confidence. Others enjoy working together on group projects using shared digital tools, strengthening not only their academic skills but also teamwork and communication that are evident-learning. Test scores have improved and improved classroom management impact.\r\n\r\nThis Project embraces technology that opened creativity, collaboration, and curiosity that makes our classroom captivating - learning environment where every student have widened perspective and consider history as an important discipline - valued heritage in the past, taking responsibility at present and responding to the challenge in the future.","fullyFundedDate":1748629496357,"projectUrl":"project/tablet-to-touch-the-past/9248055/","projectTitle":"Tablet to Touch the Past","teacherDisplayName":"Dr. Nelson A.
