We have been getting to use the paints, crayons, and adaptive tools to explore art and build skills.\r\n\r\n In our Life Skills extension art class, we use the crayons to draw and then paint over with watercolors, experiment with paint dobbers and letter stencils, and have painted wooden sculptures with tempura paint. \r\n\r\nOne student in particular has benefited from the slant board. Now that the paper is eye-level and approachable, they have grown in their ability to stay on task and are completing developed drawings.
