The students were so excited to follow the Iditarod race after picking a musher to follow. Many of the students have told me that this was the best thing they have done all year. That should bring a smile to your face because it is hard to get positive feedback from middle school children. Giving the students a chance to read a classic book such as The Call of the Wild.
