The Arlifo Yoga Mat Storage Rack keeps everything organized and mobile, allowing us to bring materials in and out with ease. During our \"Rooting in Resilience\" week, one student who struggles with anxiety was able to hold Tree Pose with a look of total focus. Afterward, she wrote, \"I didn't shake as much this time.
