Students are using the I Survived books on a few different assignments. Students are able to access these books at anytime for their Acclerated Reading assignments. I have also created book studies to go along with most of the books we recieved. I am still working on creating the worksheets that will go with the remainder of the books. \r\n\r\nWhen I recieved the books, I opened the boxes up before the students came in. I placed two small tables in the center of the room so that when they came in the room it would be the first thing they saw. The came in and immediately got excited and started looking through the books to see what they got. \r\n\r\nWe will continue to use these books as they are good references for mutliple lessons we go over in class. Your generosity has made a meaningful difference in our daily learning environment. Recognizing and rewarding students for making good choices, completing their work, and showing kindness encourages them to repeat those positive behaviors and take pride in their efforts.\r\n\r\nSince introducing these reinforcements, I have seen a noticeable shift in student attitudes. Students are more motivated, more willing to participate, and more confident in their abilities. The classroom feels more positive and supportive, and students are genuinely excited to engage in learning and make responsible choices. Even students who typically struggle with focus or motivation are making stronger efforts and feeling proud of their progress.\r\n\r\nStudents have thoroughly enjoyed the rewards, but more importantly, they feel seen, valued, and encouraged to do their best.
