With the reward store in place, students now earn tickets by coming to school consistently, completing their work, and showing effort and responsibility in their learning. One of the most memorable moments was seeing students proudly count their tickets at the end of the week, excitedly discussing what they could \"purchase\" from the store. This simple system has created a positive environment where effort is recognized and celebrated daily.\r\n\r\nWhen the students were first introduced to the materials, their reaction was immediate—pure excitement and motivation. The reward system quickly became something they looked forward to, and it significantly improved their behavior, class participation, and attendance. Students who previously needed reminders are now more eager to stay on task, contribute during lessons, and come to school prepared, knowing their efforts are valued.\r\n\r\nBeyond rewards, this project has also become a powerful learning tool. I've integrated the ticket system into our math lessons, where students practice counting, saving, and making thoughtful decisions about how to spend their tickets. They are learning to weigh choices, understand value, and even share with their classmates. Moving forward, we will continue building on these skills by incorporating more real-life applications of math and decision-making, helping students grow not only academically but also socially and emotionally.
