The materials will be used to provide students with basic classroom materials (like pencils and dry-erase markers) while also decorating the classroom with useful learning aids and posters to support their reading, English language arts, and social studies instruction during the 2021 - 2022 school year. The reading books and other texts will be used to build our classroom library which will contain informational texts (and other non-fiction texts). We need various fictional texts that students can read to support and practice their reading, writing and critical thinking skills, as they develop their literacy and historical thinking skills and knowledge.
