These donations have been keeping students busy!\r\n\r\nOne of the items purchased was a large set of dice that have greater numbers than 6 on them. These dice have been used predominantly in addition and subtraction games during partner work time and have been quite valuable in working with problems within 20. \r\n\r\nAnother profitable addition to our STEM tubs has been the Kid K'NEX. Students have been problem-solving by creating designs provided by K'NEX. Students are so proud of their creations and want to show me that they completed the design just like the picture and even ones that they created on their own. \r\n\r\nLastly, the Consonant Blends Dominoes have been great lately for reinforcing our blends lessons in our phonics instruction.
