Many students have come to me and begged for new books from the series after completing the ones that I have. They even showed me that there were additional books in the series. \r\n\r\nDuring our small group reading, my students can't wait to go to the library center so they can enjoyed flexible seating while reading a book. I am thrilled that I am able to encourage my students to read and develop a love for reading. The transparent bookmarks are an additional tool that I am using to support my struggling readers as they are trying to make meaning of what they read. These bookmarks help them read one sentence at a time which prevents them from feeling overwhelmed. I can't wait to start using all of these materials this school year. I can't wait to use these resources this year and eventually years to come.
