We use the breathing cards during our morning meetings, and one powerful moment was when a student independently chose a card and led the class in a calming exercise. The stuffed toys have become special tools in our calm-down corner, giving students comfort during challenging moments, and the puzzles encourage teamwork, patience, and positive communication during center time. When students first saw the materials, their faces lit up—they were excited and immediately eager to use them.\r\n\r\nNext, we are helping students build stronger emotional vocabulary and create personalized \"Calm-Down Plans\" so they can choose strategies that work best for them. We are also incorporating more role-play activities to practice handling real-life situations.
