The markers and pencils have been a game-changer for group projects and creative assignments, like our recent current events poster activity.\r\n\r\nThe board games have brought a whole new level of connection to our classroom. One day, during a break after a challenging lesson, I brought out Jenga. Within minutes, students were laughing, strategizing, and even cheering each other on. It was a beautiful reminder of how something as simple as a game can help students build friendships and relax. They have also started organizing \"board game days\", and it's made a noticeable difference in their mood and energy.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, these resources are going to play a big role next week after students finish finals. We're planning to spend time decompressing with the art supplies and games.
