Because of your generosity, my students now have access to new resources that are helping make learning more engaging, hands-on, and meaningful. When the materials first arrived, my students were excited to see something new in our classroom and couldn't wait to explore them. We have been using the resources during our lessons to work together, ask questions, practice new skills, and make connections to what we are learning. It has been wonderful to see students who may sometimes hesitate to participate become more excited and confident when they can learn through hands-on experiences.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments was watching my students work together on a classroom project using the new materials. They were eager to share ideas, solve problems, and help one another, and I could see their confidence growing as they worked. Your donation has given my students more than just classroom supplies—it has given them opportunities to explore, create, and take ownership of their learning. As we continue our current lesson/project, students will be using these resources to build on what they have already learned, complete their work, and share their learning with others. Your generosity made a meaningful impact—students were genuinely surprised and inspired by the kindness of individuals they have never met. It was a powerful reminder to them that there is great goodwill in the world.\r\n\r\nBecause of your support, every student in grades K–12 now has access to reliable, high-quality materials. Simple items, such as properly functioning scissors, have made a noticeable difference in their ability to create with confidence and ease. As we prepare for upcoming art shows, the double-sided tape has been especially helpful for mounting and displaying artwork with care and professionalism. Students take great pride in seeing their work displayed throughout the school. This visibility not only celebrates their creativity but also boosts their confidence and motivates them to continue exploring and creating. The laminating pouches have also been incredibly versatile, allowing us to create reusable paint palettes, preserve reference materials, and develop durable classroom resources.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, the games you provided have generated a great deal of excitement. Students are already looking forward to a special end-of-year game day, which will serve as both a celebration and a reward for their hard work.\r\n\r\nWe are truly grateful for your generosity and support of our classroom. Your contributions have made a lasting difference in our students' learning experiences and creative growth. We wish you all the best in your own creative endeavors.","fullyFundedDate":1768598936371,"projectUrl":"project/artist-in-training/9951023/","projectTitle":"Artist in Training!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Seieroe","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10378861"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_76336","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":425,"numTeachers":16,"percentFrplEligible":49,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":0,"percentWhite":91,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":0,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":6,"gradesServed":"K - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"26.6:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"RURAL","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_REMOTE"},"inStateSupporters":100.0,"schoolId":76336,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Sebeka School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Sebeka School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/minnesota/sebeka-independent-school-district-820/sebeka-school/76336"}
