I have used the amazing books and head phones to create a listening center to allow students to scan a QR code to hear me read the story! They are LOVING it. Students are learning essential skills for beginning readers. They are practicing turning pages one at a time, identifying the parts of a book, recognizing print and the purpose it serves, and beginning to understand that text is read from left to right. \r\n\r\nThe recordable buttons are a HUGE HIT! The students push the button to hear me say a letter and it's sound! They then practice writing the letter and saying the sound.
