My students have trauma, emotional behavioral disorder and it is often hard for them to find the motivation to get through the school day but finding little motivations and things to drive their learning has really helped. My students were absolutely thrilled to have books that they could confidently read on their own and with each other. They were so invested in reading the books and then showing their mastery on the accompanying workbook pages. I could see how much their confidence grew. Each of the students that used these supplies increased their reading fluency scores in the spring!\r\n\r\nI cannot wait to purchase new workbooks and begin using Bob Books again this school year. They were amazed by the quality of glaze as it turned to glass after being fired in the kiln!\r\n\r\nFirst graders learned about the artist, Robert Indiana, who made clay sculptures of letters to inspire people with the words, \"HOPE\" and \"LOVE.\" My little artists came up their own designs and words to sculpture with the clay you gave us.
