The elementary students at Los Lagos enjoy learning how to make models of large structures. They are practicing building skills, along with communication skills as they share and work together to build. They are learning science and physics when they see that tall structures are more likely to topple over if they are on a small base. The students are bringing cross-curricular learning into the art room when they use the architecture blocks. \r\nThe students are proud of what they create. They ask me to take pictures of their work so that they can show their families at home what they have been making, and what they are learning.
