When I told them about the games, materials, and prize box toys, they were so excited. They also said they will be choosing to eat at Panda Express more to show their gratitude. \r\n\r\nWe have had a blast using the Guess-Who games to practice verbs and adjectives in Spanish. It is not always to get students comfortable to speak in a different language in front of their peers, and these games have had them speaking seamlessly while enjoying their time in class!\r\n\r\nThe prize toys have really amped up their motivation to display positive behavior so they can be entered in the weekly raffle. Even though they are middle schoolers, they still enjoy fidget toys which make them feel like an elementary kid again. \r\n\r\nI have also been able to incorporate the dry erase markers and coloring supplies to help reinforce important vocabulary and grammar in a new and engaging way. One of the strategies I have used them for is to have the students make what we call, \"One-pagers\". This is a wonderful study tool that reinforces what they are learning and helps them remember the material. \r\n\r\nI look forward to using these resources to help students in years to come. You have made an unforgettable impact on me and most importantly, the students.
