My students have really enjoyed all the different items such as the weighted stuffies, the fiber optic lights, playdoh, sand tray and the storage bins have come in handy for storing materials.\r\n\r\nMy students were so excited to help me open the items, it was like Christmas morning to them, and me! The favorite items are for sure the weighted stuffies and playdoh. My students like to use the stuffies as a way to keep their bodies calm while they are learning. The green Dinosaur is named \"Dino\" and the pink hippo is named \"Hop\". My younger students enjoy using the play doh to strengthen their hands and the other ones enjoy making creatures and using them to tell verbal stories. \r\n\r\nWIth these items, my students are able to learn how to self-regulate during the school day and continue on with their learning.
