My students are amazing and I feel so lucky to be able to enhance their learning with the donated items. These gifts provide my students with unique experiences and make our classroom a great place to learn.\r\n The gift of The Boxcar Children series provides me with a wonderful collection of read aloud books. This series is new to most of my students and they have already fallen in love with it. They look forward to hearing me read about the characters' adventures, and can't wait for the next chapter every day. The Bad Guys series allows my students to expand their reading skills while having a fun adventure on their own.\r\n The whisper phones promote reading fluency. Students are able to read aloud while not disturbing their neighbors. They like this opportunity and look forward to future assessments to see how their fluency has grown. The headbands are great for students to practice their sight words, math facts, etc. They think of it as a game and forget they are practicing reading and math skills.\r\n Thank you again for supporting our class.
