My students and I greatly appreciate your generosity!! \r\n\r\nBecause of your donations, we were able to purchase multiple fun \"fidgets\" for my classroom. Fidgets are sensory tools which help students focus during class by giving them something to do with their hands or feet. Being able to move without disrupting others is very helpful! Some of their favorite fidgets include the chair bands, magnet rings, and shark. Students are able to use these tools in my classroom and some also borrow them to use in other classes as well. \r\n\r\nIn addition to the fidgets, your generosity also allowed me to buy a variety of snacks for my students. I usually try to keep a supply of granola bars and crackers on hand for students who are hungry, but this gets quite expensive. (Teenagers tend to always be hungry:) In addition, the students get a little sick of the \"same ol snacks.\" Through the Donors Choose project, I purchased multiple packets of beef jerky for my classroom. The students loved this, and it was great to give them a high-protein snack to fuel their brains!!\r\n\r\nI hope you enjoy the photos of my students using the gifts you purchased for us, as well as the notes and pictures from them. We are truly very grateful for the generosity you showed to our class.\r\n\r\nThanks again:)\r\nMarcie Abdullah and her Academic Support students\r\nHolt High School","fullyFundedDate":1739744611170,"projectUrl":"project/focus-chill-out-and-be-ready-to-learn/8933400/","projectTitle":"Focus, Chill Out and Be Ready to Learn","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Abdullah","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-10_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9831778"},{"teacherId":9823726,"projectId":8915368,"letterContent":"Thank you for your unbelievable gift of resources to build help our Holt High School students learn and develop resiliency, coping skills, and better communication skills.
