I noticed a huge difference in my students this year already with the headphones. During our standardized testing, the surrounding noises were blocked out much more efficiently than the basic style of headphones available in retail stores. Thanks in part to student focus with these headphones, our reading scores on these tests increased from last spring. \r\nIn most cases, students will decline over the summer rather than grow. The kids have been giving compliments about the headphones non-stop about how comfortable they are and how they actually help the kids concentrate on the task at hand. I can't thank you enough for helping my kids to feel like the best version of themselves, even while testing. Thank you for your generosity and kindness with your gift to our classroom.","fullyFundedDate":1778165954519,"projectUrl":"project/audible-adaptations/10110991/","projectTitle":"Audible Adaptations","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Pirman","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9576501_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1725613231257","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9576501"},{"teacherId":10515844,"projectId":10299326,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for supporting my classroom this school year! Your generosity has already made a meaningful difference for my students. They are excited about the changes to our classroom, and one student even shared that they enjoy coming to my room because it feels calming. Knowing that I am able to provide a safe, welcoming, and calming environment for my students means so much to me.\r\n\r\nThe new table and chairs have provided my students with a comfortable space to work in small groups while continuing to engage in our lessons. They especially enjoy being able to choose which color stool they would like to sit on, which has added an element of excitement and ownership to their learning experience.\r\n\r\nAs a Special Education Teacher, I am especially grateful for the flexibility these resources provide. The chair bands have allowed me to better accommodate students who need movement while they learn, helping them remain comfortable and engaged during instruction.\r\n\r\nThe new carpet has also transformed our reading area into a more inviting and welcoming space. I have already noticed an increase in students choosing to pick up and explore books, including students who have not traditionally been interested in reading. Seeing their growing interest has been incredibly rewarding.\r\n\r\nOnce again, thank you for your generosity and for supporting this project. You have already made a significant impact on my students and their learning environment. I am so grateful for your support and cannot wait to see how much my students continue to learn and grow throughout the school year because of your kindness.","fullyFundedDate":1783452308131,"projectUrl":"project/classroom-atmosphere/10299326/","projectTitle":"Classroom Atmosphere","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Lake","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-3_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10515844"},{"teacherId":10328138,"projectId":10117940,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for supporting our DonorsChoose project!
