My life would not be the same without your contributions to my classroom. From pencils to snacks to dry erase markers, every donation has made an incredible impact. My students got to eat snacks when they got hungry, and I could easily go to my cabinet and get them a protein bar. Every student has access to pencils without worry, which is a basic need within a classroom. The dry erase markers are also a blessing because I can use them for teaching and the fun colors are a bonus. The students also have access to them, which makes doing math problems so much more fun. \r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the boxes sitting in the classroom, they were very excited and confused at the same time. We did an \"unboxing haul\" together like people do on social media and they were so engaged and loved every minute. They were excited to have thousands of pencils, extra folders, snacks, etc. For our next project in math, we are focusing on using the whiteboard markers to make math more engaging and fun. it is important to know that mistakes are how you learn, and the markers help students do that. \r\n\r\nOverall, thank you so much for your donations to my students and classroom.
