It has gotten us up and moving and singing in our classroom. We used these for the first time today (8/26/2026) in 3rd-5th grade. I got so many smiles and laughter. They could not wait to use them. We learned C Major and F Major chords to get us started. They can't wait to learn more and get better at the ukulele. \r\n\r\nThe goal for the future is to get 12 more ukuleles in the hands of my students. We have 12 and that supplies half of the class while the other 12 use the box and cutout of the ukulele to practice their chord formations. Their teamwork and attitudes were so positive. I loved seeing them help each other to make the song better. \r\n\r\nWe will continue to master our ukulele skills with fun and catchy tunes.
