Your donations have allowed me to teach my woodwind students without worrying about if we had enough reeds or mouthpieces to go around. Because of you, I have a thriving group of woodwind students who are eager to continue their music education, and I couldn't be more happy with their progress. \r\n\r\nWith the reeds and mouthpieces we received, my students have been able to learn so much and have taken advantage of many performance opportunities. In the beginning of December, I took my students to the public library downtown, where we performed a selection of Christmas songs for the Holiday Lights Celebration. This was an amazing opportunity for my students to perform in front of an audience and prepare for our full Christmas concert later that month, and they rocked it out! Then, one week later, we performed a preview of the Christmas concert for the student body of the middle school, and that night performed the full Christmas concert for parents, teachers, and the community.
