The new stools have completely transformed the way my students and I learn and interact each day. We use them during small-group discussions, art projects, and collaborative activities. The flexibility they offer allows students to move easily between workstations and engage more actively in lessons.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments was the day the stools arrived—students walked in, eyes wide with excitement, and immediately went over to try them out. I could feel their enthusiasm as they excitedly said, \"are those for us?!\"\r\n\r\nLately, we've been using the stools during our book club meetings. Students gather in small circles to share their thoughts, make connections, and dive deeper into the stories we're reading. The stools have made these discussions more comfortable and engaging—students love being able to swivel toward one another and really lean into conversation. I've noticed that everyone participates more, and our reading discussions have become one of the most anticipated parts of the week.\r\n\r\nThanks to your support, our classroom is more dynamic, comfortable, and creative than ever before. The small speaker and projector will make it much easier for students to see and hear multimedia portions of a lesson. This is very impactful to learning because I will be able to show many examples of what the students need to learn and provide visual examples of what students will be creating. One way I use projectors in learning is to have a student's computer be the one shown on the board so that they are the ones doing the heavy lifting in demonstrating how to carry out an instruction. If students see students doing the task, they are more likely to believe in their own capability of doing the new task.","fullyFundedDate":1754133975539,"projectUrl":"project/portable-visual-and-audio-learning/9459908/","projectTitle":"Portable Visual and Audio Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Ong","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp6873087_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1715995542498","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/6873087"},{"teacherId":9972015,"projectId":9188543,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generous support, our laminated bingo games for English language development have made a big impact in our classroom.
