The class I took with Breath for Change, enabled me to bring more to my classroom and build upon my skills for my students. Students responded to this new material and teaching positively.\r\n\r\nThe students loved to participate in what I called \"yoga stretch time.\" During this time is when I would build upon what I was learning in class. The students participated happily, in all different ways that worked for them and their learning style. \r\n\r\nThe highlight of this project was working with like minded educators who had a passion for social/emotional learning. The group I landed with, was supportive and encouraging.
