We go to garage sales, go on Buy Nothing, hit up Dollar Tree, look on Facebook, anywhere to gethands on equipment to help make our students successful. Your donation has allowed the students at North Elementary to have some awesome movement experiences. \r\n\r\nIn April, I used the equipment to make a dynamite obstacle course in our gym. The trampolines were the biggest hit. They jumped from one to the other to complete one lef of the course, They crawled through the tunnels and jumped over the hurdles in the other. \r\n\r\nThe trampolines are also used as a reward for completing certain skill-based challenges. \"Dribble the ball 20 times and take 5 jumps on the trampoline.\" The hurdles are used weekly for our warmups, letting students develop balance and agility skills. The tunnels have also been used during our soccer unit challenging students to complete passess accurately to a partner. \r\n\r\nYou could have given this money anywhere, on anything, from your own children to that cup of coffee before you go into work.
