Before this project, we had very few markers, which made it difficult for all of our students to participate in art and writing activities at the same time. Now, there are enough markers for everyone to have their own set and truly dive into their work.\r\n\r\nMy students were so excited when they saw all of the new markers! They immediately wanted to start creating. We use them throughout our day for drawing, early writing practice, coloring, fine-motor activities, and classroom projects. I love watching my preschoolers make choices about the colors they want to use and proudly show their friends and teachers what they have created.\r\n\r\nOur new markers have already become a part of so many classroom experiences. As we continue exploring our jungle-themed classroom and learning about the world around us, my students will be using them to create animals, plants, signs, pictures, and other projects connected to our lessons. These simple supplies give my students another way to communicate their ideas, build confidence, and show what they know.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping us start the year with the supplies we need to learn, create, and grow! The new puzzle library has been especially helpful for my younger students who are just beginning to explore how puzzles work. They are building confidence as they match pieces, recognize shapes, and experience the joy of completing something independently. My older students have loved the floor puzzles, working together to problem-solve and complete them as a team.\r\n\r\nWhen the puzzles first arrived, the excitement was immediate! My students noticed the boxes in the classroom right away and were so eager to find out what was inside. They couldn't wait to open them and start exploring our new puzzles. It was so special to watch them stay focused and determined. Many for longer periods than I had seen before. There were so many proud moments of \"I did it!\" as they completed puzzles on their own or with friends.\r\n\r\nThese materials have also allowed me to incorporate more intentional small group activities focused on problem-solving, fine motor skills, and cooperative play. Moving forward, we will continue using these puzzles during centers and structured learning time to build persistence, independence, and teamwork.
