Because of your donation, our classroom has truly transformed. The new resources for our classroom jobs and school store have created a culture where students feel excited and proud to take responsibility every day.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the store set up, their faces lit up with pure joy. They couldn't wait to earn their punches and began asking right away how they could help out to become leaders in our school community. Watching them save, budget, and make choices has been such a powerful learning experience.\r\n\r\nOne of my favorite moments was seeing a student who had been struggling with behavior step into a leadership role as a \"mail carrier\" for the first time. Their sense of pride and ownership was written all over their face. It's been incredible to watch students rise to the occasion and support one another.\r\n\r\nNext, we're excited to expand this work even more by having students apply for leadership positions like Store Manager and Cashier. This will give them a chance to take even more ownership while practicing responsibility, teamwork, and financial literacy in a real-world way.\r\n\r\nThank you again for believing in our students.
