First, I have to tell you that we are PENCIL RICH. Having sharpened pencils ready to go means we can get right to it. I can't tell you how many times students will be writing with a 1-inch nub of a pencil that I can so happily swap out for a new one. Not having supplies is never an issue. \r\n\r\nYou probably remember those rolls of brown paper towels that schools use and they do have their uses. But they are not great for cleaning and are not terribly absorbent. Having bounty paper towels on hand in a classroom is a luxury!!! We use them sparingly, but gleefully.
