The bean bags have become a favorite spot for them to relax and open up about their day, whether it's sharing challenges or simply checking in. The cozy environment has made the Guidance Office a welcoming space where they feel safe and supported.\r\n\r\nOne particularly meaningful moment was when a student came in with a headache. When I asked why she hadn't gone to the nurse, she explained that it was because she hadn't eaten—she had missed lunch and was simply hungry. Thanks to the snacks provided through this project, I was able to give her something to eat, and she felt much better. It's moments like these that truly show the impact of these resources. They go beyond comfort—they meet real, immediate needs.\r\n\r\nRight now, my students are using this space and these resources as a daily reset—a place to breathe, talk, and get the support they need to return to class ready to learn. Our next step is to integrate more social-emotional check-ins using the calm space we've created, helping students develop coping strategies and build resilience.\r\n\r\nYour generosity made all of this possible, and we are deeply grateful.
