This is especially true when the project involves clay. Handbuilding with clay provides students the opportunity to make something special and unique; a hands-on experience that is unforgettable. The xperiences requires lots of practice, exploration and experimentation and the final product is always surprising and successful. The clay extuder provides another tool to help students meet success and is particularly helpful for my students with different abilities who may have gross and fine motor skill challenges.
