It added an extra layer of fun and incentive to their learning.\r\n\r\n\r\nTheir faces lit up with pure joy and surprise! Several students immediately started talking about which prize they hoped to earn, and many were excited to work harder and support their classmates. One student said, \"This is the coolest thing ever—we've never had prizes like these before!\" It truly made them feel special and seen.\r\n\r\nRight now, we're working on a collaborative storytelling unit where students write and illustrate their own short stories. The prize box has become part of our incentive plan to encourage creativity, effort, and peer support. As we wrap up this project, students will present their stories to the class, and top contributors (based on effort, creativity, and teamwork) will earn a visit to the prize box.
