Because of you, my students were able to explore watercolor painting using high-quality paper, brushes, and paints—resources that truly elevated their artistic experience.\r\n\r\nOur students used these materials to create vibrant, pop art–inspired paintings of their own design. It was incredible to watch their ideas come to life with such bold color and creativity. One of the most memorable moments was seeing the pride on their faces as they completed their artwork—students couldn't wait to share their finished pieces with classmates and take them home.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the excitement was immediate. Many students commented on the watercolor paper, noticing how much better it held the paint compared to what they had used before. It made a noticeable difference—not only in the quality of their work, but in their confidence as artists. They felt like they were using \"real artist\" supplies, and that feeling mattered.\r\n\r\nThanks to your support, our creative journey continues. My 6th grade students are currently studying Bridget Riley's black-and-white Op Art and will soon begin creating their own pieces. Meanwhile, my 7th graders are wrapping up their agamagraph projects and will be moving into a unit focused on value scales, where they'll develop shading techniques and deepen their understanding of light and contrast.\r\n\r\nYour contribution has made a lasting impact on our classroom, inspiring creativity, confidence, and joy in learning.
