Your donation has helped us create a fun, welcoming part of our classroom where students can take a moment to connect, relax, and enjoy something special.\r\n\r\nOur high school students especially love being able to make their own coffee and specialty drinks that remind them of Dunkin' without having to spend money they may not have. Students earn money through positive behaviors, completing their work, meeting classroom expectations, and making responsible choices. They then get to decide how they would like to spend their classroom earnings, which gives them a real-world opportunity to practice making choices, saving, and spending. The drink station has turned something as simple as making a cup of coffee or hot chocolate into a meaningful learning experience.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, your generosity has helped motivate our students to work toward their goals. We have seen the drink station become an incentive that encourages students to complete assignments, participate, and stay engaged even when schoolwork feels difficult. It gives students something positive to work toward and provides them with a sense of accomplishment when they earn their special drink.
