The dramatic play stuff has already been opened and used. The baby bottles and blankets has been a favorite to some of my little girls. They have taken them on \"fishing trips\" bundled up and bottle in tow. It's adorable to see how they use the materials. I can't wait to introduce the new foods. Your kindness has helped me build a functional, comfortable, and motivating space for learning!\r\n\r\nThe Transformation in Action\r\nThe day the supplies arrived was electric! My students cheered when they saw the cushions and the motivational goodies, which immediately reinforced the fun and excitement of learning.\r\n\r\nAs this is my first year, the lack of storage was a major challenge, but the rolling cart has been a game-changer. It instantly transformed our organization, making our space look cleaner, less cluttered, and more functional for focused 1st-grade work. The classroom truly looks much better now! We are actively using the colorful bins, which give each student a dedicated spot for their personal materials—fostering responsibility and teaching them organizational skills.\r\n\r\nFurthermore, the new cushions have made our classroom library a truly inviting, comfortable space. Just last week, during our independent reading time, the students eagerly grabbed their cushions, found a cozy spot, and settled in to explore new books. This simple addition has dramatically improved their engagement and stamina during quiet reading time. The goodies also continue to be a fantastic motivator for those who are reaching their learning goals!\r\n\r\nWhat's Next for Our Learners\r\nBecause of the enhanced organization and comfort your donation provided, we are making excellent progress on our foundational skills. Our next step is to leverage this positive, focused momentum by starting a new creative writing unit. Students will now use the comfortable, dedicated reading space to inspire ideas before they move to their desks to draft their original stories.\r\n\r\nThank you, once again, for providing the tangible tools that have brought comfort, organization, and joy to my 1st grade students. You are making a powerful difference in their daily school life and helping them build the foundational skills for lifelong success.","fullyFundedDate":1762361478931,"projectUrl":"project/setting-up-ms-jacksons-classroom/9565321/","projectTitle":"Setting Up Ms. Jackson's Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Jackson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10164555_orig.jpg?crop=752,752,x144,y150&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1754699633833","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10164555"},{"teacherId":323848,"projectId":9883059,"letterContent":"Each week we have new stem projects.
