The bright colors and soft feel make the music room so much more cozy and comfortale. Beyond the comfort it provides, this rug is helping students stay focused and learn. The individual sit spots help my elementary students understand boundaries. And something I hadn't anticipated was how the acustics of the room are imrpoved by the dampening effect of the rug.\r\n\r\nMy favorite moment with the new rug was with second graders, singing a song about a rain storm and pretending that the sit spot circles were puddles for them to jump in. \r\n\r\nIt's amazing how much a vibrant rug can change the energy of a room.
