Students know exactly where materials are, which has cut down on transition time and helped them take responsibility for keeping our space tidy. This structure has supported smoother lessons and more productive work time.\r\n\r\nThe class décor, lamp, and bookcase have truly elevated the atmosphere of our room. \r\n\r\nYour support has done more than provide materials—it has helped create a classroom environment where students feel valued, prepared, and motivated every single day. These may seem like simple supplies, but they have made a powerful difference in our daily learning environment.\r\n\r\nWith the printer ink, I've been able to provide students with clear, high-quality worksheets, guided notes, and project templates—materials that help them stay engaged and confident in their learning. Our lessons run smoother, and students have access to exactly what they need without delays or disruptions.\r\n\r\nThe Expo markers have completely transformed our whiteboard activities. My students can now see notes, examples, and demonstrations clearly from anywhere in the room. This has boosted participation, especially during whole-group practice and vocabulary activities where visibility matters most.\r\n\r\nSticky notes have quickly become a classroom favorite. Students use them for brainstorming, color-coded vocab sorting, quick exit tickets, and peer feedback. They love the hands-on element, and it has helped even my quieter students share their thinking in a low-pressure way.\r\n\r\nYour support didn't just supply our classroom—you strengthened our learning community. With the Kleenex, hand sanitizers (both big and small), Lysol, and Glade plug-ins, we've created a safe and welcoming environment where students feel cared for and ready to engage.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new supplies, they were genuinely excited! One student even commented, \"We won't have to worry about getting sick as much!\" It sparked a conversation about the importance of hygiene and taking care of our shared classroom space.\r\n\r\nWe've already started using the supplies during our daily routines—students grab tissues and use hand sanitizer as needed, and the classroom smells fresh and inviting thanks to the plug-ins. Our next step is to continue building on this supportive environment while diving deeper into our current lessons. For example, in our Spanish class, students are practicing conversational skills and writing exercises without interruption, fully engaged because they feel safe and comfortable in the classroom.\r\n\r\nYour support has made a tangible difference in our day-to-day learning, and we can't thank you enough for helping us create a space where students can thrive!","fullyFundedDate":1756092544253,"projectUrl":"project/a-clean-fresh-and-healthy-space-for-le/9445785/","projectTitle":"A Clean, Fresh, and Healthy Space for Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Richardson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8177813_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1636732397490","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/kyoshi-richardaon"},{"teacherId":8177813,"projectId":9445769,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generous support, our classroom is now stocked with all the tools students need to explore, create, and learn with excitement! One student immediately grabbed a set of coloring pencils and said, \"I can't wait to make my project look amazing!\" It was a wonderful moment that reminded me how much small resources can spark creativity and motivation.\r\n\r\nWe've already put the supplies to use in several projects. In our current lesson, students are working on creating colorful posters and interactive activities that show their understanding of the topics we're studying. It's amazing how such a small treat can bring so much joy and encouragement!\r\n\r\nThe highlighters, pens, and pencils have been a game-changer in helping students stay organized, engaged, and prepared. Many of my students don't always have access to quality writing supplies at home, so having these materials readily available in the classroom helps eliminate barriers to learning and boosts their confidence.\r\n\r\nThe loose-leaf notebook paper has been especially helpful for note-taking, writing assignments, and interactive activities. These were items we honestly couldn't have imagined having access to before.\r\n\r\nOne of the most impactful pieces? The socks. Something as simple as socks helped us cut down costs for our players in a huge way—being a public school, keeping expenses low is crucial, and that support meant a lot.\r\n\r\nWe used the training balls to sharpen fundamentals leading up to the season, and the pitching mats helped our pitchers get the focused, quality reps they needed. The results showed. We finished with one of the best records in school history and had several players named First Team All-District. These girls worked hard, and having the right tools made all the difference.\r\n\r\nThanks to your generosity, our team not only improved their game, but also gained a deeper sense of pride, confidence, and unity.
