I honestly was so blown away that I was chosen out of thousands of teachers for my entire list to be fulfilled. \r\n\r\n My students are using the supplies for their interactive notebooks. We are making Math Interactive notebooks this year in my classroom. I have planned on this being a study tool and they are using it and loving it. We are using the colored paper for certain pages to help them find it easier. The colored cardstock is the tabs in the notebook, they cut and clue it in and oh my the bright colors make it look so good! I've used that paper cutter so much its the most used item besides my stapler in my room. My student worker loves using it too! The bookshelves have been so nice in my room that I have a spot for all my books, my math manipulatives to go. My classroom is so organized and I can find all of my things when I need them, no more searching and wasting class time looking for a certain item. \r\n\r\n When the boxes started arriving daily for a couple of weeks my students were so excited and I was like your going to have to wait. I waited until everything arrived and set it up one day after school. The students walked in the next day and was so confused so I told them all about all the boxes and what happened. They all screamed and couldn't wait until we started using all of them. \r\n\r\n I plan on incorporating more interactive things for the students since everything feels like you are working at such a fast past with all the technology around them. I feel like the students learn better when they see things in person such as touching, feeling, and holding manipulatives rather than just coping from the board. We are working on the multiplication/division unit so the boxes of fruit gummies and pringles are going to help my visually teacher my students the quotient part of the division equation. The goldfish my students have made equal groups, arrays and other multiplication equations with them. \r\n\r\n Wrapping this up thank you so very much for your donation to my classroom. I am so blown away by your generosity to help my students and a teacher like me.","fullyFundedDate":1786367033377,"projectUrl":"project/mrs-gs-3rd-grade-math-classroom/10326281/","projectTitle":"Mrs. G’s 3rd Grade Math Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Gregory","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10348578_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1764525402780","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10348578"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_12649","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":1044,"numTeachers":65,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":23,"percentWhite":71,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":1,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":3,"gradesServed":"Pre-K - 12","studentTeacherRatio":"16.1:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"TOWN","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_DISTANT"},"inStateSupporters":85.7,"schoolId":12649,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Beekman Charter School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Beekman Charter School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/louisiana/morehouse-parish-school-district/beekman-junior-high-school/12649"}
